BED - MOUNTED GAUGE
Bed-Mounted Gauge, overall very senstive type which functions very accurate and quickly responds to slight size variation also. It is fully opearted by HYdraulic cylinder, so it is very easy for any number os cycle operation for overall production. There is no need of manual opeartion for loading the gauge where the hydraulic cylinder itself actuates the gauge forward when on commands.

FEATURES
- Initially the Base plate for the bed mounted gauge should be fixed on the bed.
- Now the Hydraulic cylinder has to be fixed and tightened over the base plate where the hydraulic cylinder movement axis should be perpendicular to the grinding wheel movement axis.
- The gauge head adjusting fixture fitted to the hydraulic cylinder guide shaft so that the gauge head should go front and back as corresponding to cylinder movement axis.
- The gauge head fixed on the fixture.
- Match both the fine adjustment for the lower and upper fingers respectively.
- Adjust both fingers, in touch with the grinding component for the size setting.
